Like many others across the world, we have been grappling with the new realities that are affecting our communities and our business environment. We cannot control the circumstances or find a COVID cure but we can decide how to respond. This letter is about our team’s response and our decision to lean in and humbly support our clients and communities.
Physical Wellbeing of Medical Staff
First off, we’ve deepened our partnership with Garmin and are launching together a project to help medical staff in Israel who are under extraordinary physical demands.

Zone7 is recalibrating to proactively alert on fatigue, over exertion and high-risk of acute illness. In a nutshell, we are using the AI platform to find signals in HR, HRV, sleep and daily effort that indicate extreme fatigue. This continues work that we are doing with the security services in UK and Israel on similar functionalities.
For Teams & Athletes Training At Home
We are still a Sports Tech company and are seeing clients rise to the challenge of keeping elite athletes ready to go back to the field at a moment’s notice. Our industry is, for the first time ever, facing a challenge of remotely training athletes with no clear schedule of returning to standard operations. Many of our athletes participate incognito in virtual fitness classes and Peloton races and our clients are asking us to help track athlete fitness while at home.

So we are releasing Zone7’s “Home Edition” app to all. Free of Charge. To allow teams to track how their athletes are training at home by connecting and analyzing data from personal devices. [email tal at zone7 dot ai for more details]
Congestion — The Rapidly Approaching Challenge
But we won’t forget our pro sport clients and athletes. When they come out of hibernation they will have an unprecedented challenge to hit the ground running in top level sport. Never before has “pre-season” training been so short, demanding and risky.
