PALO ALTO, CA., August 1, 2022 — Zone7, the AI-driven human performance platform, today announced the release of its micro-cycle simulator, a new product feature developed in response to demand from Zone7’s practitioner users.
Building on Zone7’s ability to provide daily injury risk forecasts, the micro-cycle simulator enables future workload projection up to seven days ahead of time; adding a new layer of control, customization and insight to daily use of the Zone7 platform.

By extending the scope of future risk assessment, the micro-cycle simulator allows practitioners to proactively configure and test different training and fitness scenarios’ impact on individual player performance and injury risk. Performance staff across sports can test, hone, and optimize training plans to keep players on the field at optimal output. In addition, specific workload scenarios can be devised and simulated based on player-specific or match-specific needs each week.
