During Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC)’s 2022 MLS winning season, the multidisciplinary team (MDT) led by Gavin Benjafield (Performance Director) and with support from John Thorrington (General Manager) and Steve Cherundolo (Head Coach), applied Zone7 in their environment.
Zone7 was utilized to assist with their player workload management and injury risk mitigation processes. The details contained within this case study reflect how Zone7 derived insights combined with the professional expertise of the personnel at LAFC can positively impact the professional soccer environment.
